Returned items are only eligible for a STORE CREDIT. You have 14 days from date of purchase to return/exchange an item(s). If you purchase online & choose in-store pickup the 14 days starts from when the order was fulfilled and not when you pick it up. If you order online and have your item(s) shipped the 14 days starts from the date your tracking information shows your item(s) were delivered. Original receipt (gift, paper or email) must be present for a return to take place in-store
- SALE items or discounted items are FINAL SALE. Whether it be from a Facebook live sale, sale rack or final few.
- Jewelry, any head-wear, bralettes, shorties & swimsuits are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Holiday items are non returnable and non refundable unless damaged which must be reported within 5 days.
- Customized apparel or custom orders are non returnable. Including Personalized Creations (items you choose shirt color / image color)
- Original shipping is not refundable.
- Damaged items MUST be reported within 5 days of receiving the goods.
- Our return policy is non negotiable.
- Food items are final sale.
- Bath & body items are final sale.
- Promotional items are not valid for return/exchange.
If mailing an item back for return please include a copy of the invoice number and your name along with a note on why the merchandise is being returned. Please send returns or exchanges back to 501 N. Jefferson Way, Suite 200, Indianola, IA 50125.
Items mailed back will only be eligible for return and returns will be issued Store Credit in the form of a gift card, which never expires. We do not mail back for exchanges. In the event you want to exchange an item, you would just need to place a new order.
