HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is $7 flat rate.
DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?
Yes! We are located at 501 N. Jefferson Way, Suite 200, Indianola, Iowa. (right next to Subway)
If you order does not get picked up within 90 days from the date we fulfilled your order then we will donate the items in your order to our local helping hand.
HOW LONG TO SHIP MY ITEMS?
We try to ship within 24 hours of receiving the order. We ship during normal business hours Monday - Friday. If placing an order for a custom item that we make, please note that those can take anywhere from 7-10 business days. You will be notified of this during checkout if it is an item that will not ship immediately. If your order contains items that are in stock and items we have to make, we will wait to ship your order until everything is ready to ship out.
